Daybreak offers 47 residents a place to call home, all of whom  are able to live independently. We have 4 houses for men and 1 for women, all affordable with private, lockable, furnished bedrooms in a shared housing environment. Residents would be responsible for keeping their room and common spaces clean, to attend regular house meetings, care for their personal needs, engage in social activities outside the home and manage any medications. Our staff will meet with residents regularly to support efforts at achieving their goals.

We help them along the way to rebuild their lives in a supportive community setting. During office hours, we are always available to meet with them one-on-one if required. We offer quality programming that is customized to their needs so they have a better chance on developing the life skills needed to live independently.

 

We also offer residents an on call line if they have serious concerns after office hours.
